Welcome to Sumaq Industries. We are a small artisan shop located in southern Utah. We design and build wooden shelving and other home decor products.

All of our wooden products are made from lumber and solid core premium plywood. We do not use particle board or thin veneers.

Each item is made to order with you in mind.

Shop

Custom Orders

For all custom orders, the customer is responsible for providing the correct dimensions. We will always strive to be very clear about the dimensions, stain color, etc. on every custom order. We will always replace items if we make them incorrectly, however we will not replace or refund items due to customer error.

Shipping

Once an order is placed, the processing time it takes to get your order finished, packaged and ready to go is about 3 to 4 weeks.

Please make sure to enter the correct address at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be happy with our products, if for any reason the item you purchased arrived damaged or is not as described, please reach out to us. We will solve the problem.

If you would like a refund, please contact us within 3 days of having received your order. You will need to send the item(s) back to us in the original packaging. Once we have received the item(s) back undamaged, we will issue a refund minus a restocking fee of 25%. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

If your items were damaged during transit. We will either issue a full refund, or send a replacement as soon as possible. We will need you to please send us some pictures of the damage and packaging, so we can file a claim.
